The course is designed for couples, but can also be attended by expectant mothers alone. Our Birth Preparation Courses in English offer information about pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period and are also useful if a caesarean section is planned. The birth preparation course should be completed about 4 – 8 weeks before your expected due date.
