This class contains one hour of exercises and half an hour of discussions about different topics regarding the first month with the baby. The course offers:
- Activating and strengthening of the back, abdomen, and pelvis floor muscles
- Pelvis floor muscles information about structure and exercises
- Find your balance between energy and reducing of tension
- Relaxing of neck and shoulders
- Exercises and fun with your baby
- Information about sleeping, feeding, the new role as a mother
- Meeting other mothers and exchange experiences
